Monopoly GO Partner Events are fun challenges where players on Board 5 team up to complete tasks. Everyone works together to build attractions on their game boards and fill up a community progress bar. While playing, they earn special Event tokens. Upcoming Monopoly GO Partner Event – September 2024
The previous Rocket Partners event ran from August 15 to August 20, during which players teamed up with friends to build structures, unlocking event milestones and rewards. A new feature of the event was the introduction of the Rocket Truck token, which players could collect.

Joining Partner Events
To participate in the Partner Event, players must first reach Board 5. Once they do, they can team up with friends and join the event together.
The goal of the event is to work with four other players to complete the construction of various buildings. After a team is formed, partners cannot be swapped until the event concludes.
For most players, it’s tough to collect enough dice to gather tokens and finish a building by themselves. That’s why finding a balanced partner who can split the effort 50/50 is key.
Although Monopoly GO suggests teammates, the lack of in-game communication means you won’t always know if your partner is fully committed to finishing the event.
Monopoly GO Partner Event: How It Works
When players join the Partner Event, they’ll see four slots on their board reserved for building attractions. To enhance these attractions, players need to spin the wheel and gather points to progress. Both partners contribute to the same progress bar, making teamwork critical.
To earn points, players must collect special Event tokens, which act as the event’s currency. These tokens can be acquired by rolling the dice on the game board or by participating in daily events. Each Partner Event has its own unique theme, and the tokens needed to spin the wheel are designed to match that theme.
What Are Partnerships?
During the event, players can send and receive invitations to form partnerships with friends. The game can also suggest partners to help players find the right teammate to complete attractions. Once a partnership is established, it cannot be changed for the rest of the event.
What Prizes Can You Win in Monopoly GO Partner Events?
As players hit various milestones on the progress bar, they will earn prizes. Reaching a milestone grants players a reward, but the main goal is to complete an attraction to claim the Top Prize. If all four attractions are completed, players receive the Grand Prize, the highest reward of the event, which includes partner event tokens and a large number of free dice rolls.
It’s important to note that both players in a partnership receive the same prizes when milestones are reached. However, cash prizes may differ depending on a player’s Net Worth and Board level. Despite any differences in cash rewards, the tasks required to progress will stay the same for all players, regardless of any cash gap.
