Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development sprints.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to surface pain points, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track KPIs and support data‑driven decision making.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to validate delivered solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to our clients’ sectors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or technology services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Prior experience in the finance or healthcare sectors.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Analysis Certification are a plus.
