Key Responsibilities
- Create high‑quality visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and account managers to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling designs that meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of design files and templates for easy reuse.
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and incorporate feedback to improve output.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the agency’s work fresh and relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
- Strong eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for designing responsive email templates.
- Experience with brand style guides and design system documentation.
- Knowledge of user‑centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to think strategically about visual storytelling and brand positioning.
