Data Entry & Quality Analyst (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑volume data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify, validate, and reconcile incoming data against source documents and internal standards.
- Identify and document data quality issues, working closely with product and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts and tools (Python, SQL, Excel macros) to streamline data validation workflows.
- Produce regular quality reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, error rates, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to define data quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new data sources and integrations, ensuring they meet our quality standards before go‑live.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry, data quality analysis, or a similar role within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in SQL or a comparable database language.
- Demonstrated ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL platforms.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for scripting automated checks.
- Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Competitive annual salary range of $55,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
